The large roller creates uniform crust and dough right in the pan, while the small roller smoothes edges and sides. Great for pasta, pastry and cookie dough.
Place dough in center of your pan and dust dough with flour. Lightly grease large roller and roll dough from center of pan toward outer edges. Use enough flour to prevent sticking. Use small tapered roller to spread dough to the outer edges of the pan.
Hand wash Double Dough Roller in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
